1) Where We Ship

We currently ship across India to all serviceable 6-digit PIN codes covered by our courier partners.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, Army Post Office (APO)/Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses, or addresses that our courier partners mark as unserviceable/ODA (Out-of-Delivery-Area).

International shipping is not available at this time.
2) Order Processing Time

Processing window: 24–48 working hours after your order is placed and payment is confirmed.

Cut-off time: Orders placed before 12:00 PM IST are usually dispatched the same working day; orders after 12:00 PM dispatch next working day.

Working days: Monday–Saturday (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Pre-order/back-order items (if offered) will display estimated dispatch dates on the product page or at checkout.
3) Estimated Delivery Timelines
These are typical business day timelines after dispatch. Actual delivery may vary by PIN code, courier workload, and local conditions.

4) Shipping Fees

Prepaid orders (UPI/Cards/Net-Banking/Wallets):

Cash on Delivery (COD):

₹49 COD handling fee (non-refundable)

COD availability depends on PIN code serviceability and order value limits set by our courier partners.

We may call/WhatsApp to verify COD orders before dispatch.

Fees shown at checkout are final and inclusive of applicable taxes.
5) Order Tracking & Updates
-
Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email/SMS with your tracking number and a link to the courier’s tracking page.

Tracking events can take up to 12–24 hours to reflect after pickup.

You can also access the Order Status Page via your order confirmation email.
6) Delivery Attempts & Customer Availability
-
Couriers typically make 2–3 delivery attempts. Please keep your phone reachable and ensure someone is available at the address.

If the courier cannot reach you or access the delivery location, your parcel may be marked undeliverable and returned to us (RTO – Return to Origin).
7) Address Changes & Order Edits

We can assist with address corrections or order edits before dispatch only.

Once shipped, we cannot reroute packages. Please email info@vedaeon.in asap with your Order # for any changes.
8) Non-Delivery, RTO & Reshipment

If an order is RTO due to incorrect address, repeated customer unavailability, refusal at delivery, or non-response to courier verification:

Prepaid orders: We can reship once for free to the corrected address (if the new PIN is serviceable). If you prefer a refund instead, we’ll issue it minus actual two-way shipping/COD fees incurred.

COD orders: We may cancel and restrict COD for future orders. Reshipment may require prepayment.

For lost-in-transit cases confirmed by the courier, we will reship or refund as per your preference.
9) Damaged, Tampered, or Missing Items
Your satisfaction and safety are important to us.
On delivery:

If the outer packaging appears tampered/soaked/torn, you may refuse delivery and inform us immediately.

If you accept the parcel, please record an unboxing video (without cuts) and retain all packaging.
If you find an issue:

Email info@vedaeon.in within 48 hours of delivery with:

Order #, unboxing video, and clear photos of the parcel, inner packaging, invoice, and product(s).

After verification, we’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or refund according to our inspection and Returns & Refunds Policy.
For safety and hygiene, opened or used consumable items may not be eligible for return unless the issue is manufacturing damage or transit damage verified by us.
10) Packaging & Compliance

Products are shipped in secure, tamper-evident packaging suitable for nutraceuticals/health supplements.

All prices are MRP inclusive of taxes. A GST invoice is included in the parcel and/or sent by email in accordance with Indian tax laws.

We comply with applicable Legal Metrology and FSSAI labeling standards for packaged goods where relevant.
11) PIN-Code Serviceability & KYC

Some PIN codes may require additional time, pickup from nearest hub, or KYC/ID verification as per courier or local rules. If required, our team will reach out for details.

If your PIN code is not serviceable, we will cancel and refund your order automatically.
12) Partial Shipments

To avoid delays, we may ship available items first and the remaining items later at no extra cost. You’ll receive separate tracking for each parcel.
13) Festivals, Sales & Peak Seasons

During festive periods, site-wide sales, or national events, processing and delivery may take longer due to high order volumes and courier capacity constraints. We appreciate your patience.
14) Force Majeure

VEDAEON is not responsible for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, lockdowns, strikes, civil disturbances, accidents, or courier disruptions.
15) Cancellations (Before Dispatch)

You can request a cancellation before dispatch by emailing info@vedaeon.in with your Order #.
