1) Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using vedaeon.in (the “Site”) and purchasing our products (the “Products”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Disclaimer by reference.

  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided or upon handover to the carrier (as permitted by applicable law and our Shipping Policy).

21) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ambala, India for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to you.

22) Termination
